A Visit to Remember: Shri Radheshyamji Chandak (Bhaiji) Graces Elements SUPA Facility

One such inspiring moment was the recent visit of Shri Radheshyamji Chandak (Bhaiji) — the visionary Founder Chairman of Buldhana Urban Cooperative Credit Society — to our SUPA factory set-up at Ahilyanagar.

Bhaiji’s presence was a true honour for our entire team and a moment of pride that will stay with us for a long time.

A Guided Tour of Excellence

Bhaiji began his visit with Plant 1, our state-of-the-art Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) manufacturing facility, spread across 1.25 lakh sq. ft. The facility stands as a benchmark for modern infrastructure, equipped for high-volume, precision-driven structural fabrication. It reflects our commitment to building with efficiency, strength, and scale.

He then toured Plant 2, home to our fully automated continuous PUF and Rockwool production line — among the most sophisticated in the country. Designed for consistency, speed, and superior insulation output, this facility represents our drive for technological advancement and quality assurance.

Bhaiji’s visit wasn’t just observational — he engaged deeply, asked insightful questions, and shared valuable reflections drawn from his decades of leadership experience.

The visit was made even more special as we had the privilege of felicitating Bhaiji on the occasion of his 75th birth year. Surrounded by warmth, admiration, and respect, it was a humble tribute to a man who has built institutions, transformed communities, and inspired countless entrepreneurs.
